Reader installation

Environment checks, connection settings, then creation of the first administrator account (tech role). The configuration file is written automatically into config/rss/ above the site.

This script has no access control, as in DEC: delete its directory from the server as soon as the operation is done.

Sign-in code by e-mail (2FA). Untick only if e-mail sending is unavailable. Development mode (shows 2FA codes on screen, detailed errors) — never in production Allow feeds on private addresses / localhost (local tests only)
